Location
Lomalagi is located 28km from Savusavu airport on Vanua Levu, Fiji’s second largest and most lush island. Known as "The Hidden Paradise", Savusavu is truly the real Fiji. A beautiful 55 minute flight from Nadi to Savusavu brings you to us with excellent connections from most incoming international flights. Complimentary Savusavu airport transfers are provided for stays of 3 nights or more. Relax with 600 square mile Natewa Bay at your feet -- the largest deep water bay in the South Pacific.

Accommodation
Lomalagi’s six huge villas all have wonderful views and 12’ x 32’ partially covered private decks with sun lounges and a dining table. Local hardwoods have been used in the construction and the bed in each Villa is queen-size.

The lounge chairs - made from coconut trees - were specially designed for Lomalagi. The palms are harvested right here in Savusavu and only trees past their bearing years are used for this beautiful furniture.

Your villa has an 8’ x 8’ shower room with intimate lighting and a soaking tub -- big enough for two!

Artwork and sculptures are from the owners’ personal collection and are unique to each Villa.

The Villas have a full kitchen with refrigerator, coffee/tea facilities, microwave oven, toaster, eating utensils and other accessories.

For those who like to curl up and watch a movie, several of the Villas have use of a DVD player system and there is a library of free DVDs from which you may choose.

This is Heaven.....so there are no telephones in the Villas to interrupt your stay! Enjoy the peace and tranquility, the outstanding views and, especially, the privacy.

Dining & Entertainment
OPTION #1: You want to be waited on hand and foot and SPOILED! You’ll receive a welcome fruit plate and fresh baked cookies on arrival plus a foot massage for each of you. During your minimum 3 night stay, you’ll each receive a 30 minute massage. Maid service is daily and personal laundry service is complimentary. Your 3 full meals per day are prepared by the chef to YOUR food preferences. US$399/couple/night.

OPTION #2: You want some pampering! You prepare your own breakfast and lunch and your chef prepares 4-course gourmet dinners each night, planned to your food preferences. Kayaks and snorkeling gear are free for you to use. US$280/couple/night.

OPTION #3: Fully self-catered. You prepare all of your own meals and we provide maid service every other day. We provide coffee/tea + salt & pepper, award-winning Mokosoi soap products, shampoo, dish washing supplies and toilet tissue. There’s a nominal charge for use of the kayaks and snorkeling gear. US$199/couple/night.

Facilities
A play house with regulation pool table. DVD, music CD and book libraries. 100,000 gallon salt water swimming pool. 2 person ocean-going kayaks. 25 manicured acres with 500 meters of beachfront. Lomalagi is a working coconut plantation. You may see local villagers collecting coconuts while you’re here - we give them to the village as a partial thank-you for sharing this wonderful part of the world with us.

Activities
There are no "organized" events at Lomalagi. No water volley ball at 2pm or the whistle of an "entertainment director" to distract or irritate you. We plan activities to YOUR schedule, not ours.

There are lots of activities you can pursue if you wish. We have dolphin watching (there are 2 pods of Spinner Dolphins resident in the Bay!) and a great "Robinson Crusoe" experience on a 3/4 mile long private white sand beach -- awesome. You can swim and snorkel right from the beach and the remote snorkeling via boat is truly spectacular.

We offer PADI certified diving with Rockin’ DownUnder, right here in the bay. From a resort course (introductory) to Dive Master training -- whatever fits your requirements.

Fishing can be arranged here in the Bay or big game fishing out of Savusavu town. A visit to a Fijian village or school is unforgettable. Perhaps a trip to our cute little town or an island tour?

There’s something for everyone or you can do absolutely nothing, if that’s your preference! There’s a large swap library, dart board, pool table and plenty of board games.

We have several lovely wedding sites from which to choose and the location is ALWAYS up to you! Perhaps Mt. Lomalagi at sunset -- very special.
